Over 4 hours and still loading truck. When I asked I get all kinds of BS about system was down earlier, some of the stuff is still on hold for quality control. It was supposed to be pre-loaded on a trailer 15 hours ago! Why is it still on hold?! These people got something broken with their system, and truck drivers are paying for it...
I'm not sure how it was when you live load, but as far as drop & hook, very efficient. Load was ready to go the moment I got there.
I was a tech there in the late 90s I was a construction worker in the early 2000s I am a Millwright present time for the Iams facility
No truck parking but other then that everything was great.
Inefficient all I have to say. Wish I could go negative stars.
